Cast terrazzo or "terrazzo" fits perfectly into any design and style, from classic to modern. These cast floors attract not only with their elegant appearance. Thanks to the casting technology, they easily fit into rooms of any shape, from simple rectangular and square shapes to complex round shapes. The seamless surface is undoubtedly their great advantage.

Terrazzo floors can be any color and are ideal in combination with materials like wood and marble. We create ornaments and marble mosaics of any shape and size according to the client's wishes. Cast marble flooring has recently become very popular among customers.

Cast Marble Flooring - Casting Technology

The creation of these floors consists of a mixture of marble chips of different sizes, dyes, and cement, which is used as a binder. The composition is always at least three-quarters marble. This completely distinguishes terrazzo from ordinary cement floors.

Steps in Casting Marble Floors

  • Terrazzo is poured onto the underlying concrete, which should ideally be approximately 70 mm high. The terrazzo height is 15 to 20 mm or more, depending on the size of the marble chips or stones.
  • After pouring, grinding using various methods follows.
  • Finally, the floors are impregnated and waxed to protect them from damage. Our company uses waxes with different effects (glossy, matte, etc.) according to the client's wishes.

Maintenance of Terrazzo

Cast terrazzo floors are practical and low-maintenance. We recommend special products that help preserve the shine as long as possible.
